Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.

Maintain benefit accounts as outline by your company. Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as pension plans, and unemployment and medical insurance.
Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments.
Issue tax forms for your payroll to the requirements of the State and Federal requirements.

Property Management

Marketing- We will keep properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, property showings for prospective tenants.
Tenant Relations- We develop rental agreements, select qualified tenants, collect deposits and rents, enforce terms of rental agreements, resolve tenant complaints, oversee eviction proceedings if necessary.
Facilities Management- schedule maintenance and repairs, negotiate contracts with vendors, regularly inspects property to ensure it is in good working order, quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues.
Financial Reporting- keep financial records from property operations, create monthly financial reports for property owner.
Owner Relations- keep open dialogue with property owner on vacancies, tenants, physical condition of property, financial issues.
